While I don’t condone killing and eating cows, a client the other day indicated that they could live on $30 per week and cook a large batch of spaghetti bolognaise and be ok. So as to test the nutritional assumption inherent in this cheap but bold eating plan, I ran a nutrient analysis on this meal.
